What film structure do I actually need?
It follows from the product and the shelf life you need, not from a preference. Oxygen-sensitive products such as coffee and many supplements need a real barrier; a dry snack with a three-month life usually does not. Over-specifying the barrier is one of the most common and most expensive defaults we see — tell us the product and the target shelf life and we will quote the structure that meets it rather than the most expensive one that would.
Can you do recyclable or mono-material pouches?
Yes. Mono-material PE and PP are quoted alongside conventional laminates so you can see the cost and the barrier trade-off side by side, rather than being told recyclable is simply better or simply dearer.
Do you supply degassing valves for coffee?
Yes, fitted as part of the pouch. Send the roast volume and the bag size and it is quoted with the rest of the structure.
What artwork do you need?
For a price, none — the structure, size and quantity are enough. For production we need print-ready artwork to the factory's dieline, which we send you once the structure is fixed.
