Custom mylar and stand-up pouches, quoted to your spec.
Barrier film pouches quoted against your structure — film lamination, thickness, closure and finish. Film choice is where the money and the shelf life both sit, so we quote the structure explicitly rather than describing it as premium.
Certifications held across the factory network: FDA · BRCGS · ISO 9001 · FSC. Not every facility holds every one; the mill or converter and its registration are named on request.
The structure follows the product, not a preference.
Oxygen-sensitive products such as coffee and many supplements need a real barrier; a dry snack with a three-month life usually does not. Over-specifying the barrier is one of the most common and most expensive defaults we see. Tell us the product and the target shelf life and we quote the structure that meets it, not the most expensive one that would. Select a row to set it on the form.

Questions we get on this format.
The honest versions.
Q.1What film structure do I actually need?
It follows from the product and the shelf life you need, not from a preference. Oxygen-sensitive products such as coffee and many supplements need a real barrier; a dry snack with a three-month life usually does not. Over-specifying the barrier is one of the most common and most expensive defaults we see — tell us the product and the target shelf life and we will quote the structure that meets it rather than the most expensive one that would.
Q.2Can you do recyclable or mono-material pouches?
Yes. Mono-material PE and PP are quoted alongside conventional laminates so you can see the cost and the barrier trade-off side by side, rather than being told recyclable is simply better or simply dearer.
Q.3Do you supply degassing valves for coffee?
Yes, fitted as part of the pouch. Send the roast volume and the bag size and it is quoted with the rest of the structure.
Q.4What artwork do you need?
For a price, none — the structure, size and quantity are enough. For production we need print-ready artwork to the factory's dieline, which we send you once the structure is fixed.
Send the spec.
