Everything below is sourced through our factory network and made to your specification — none of it is a stock item off a catalogue. If your format is not on this list, send the spec anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can quote it.
Design, material, quantity. No invoice needed.
Flexible packaging
Barrier film and paper laminates, converted to your structure. Film choice is where both the cost and the shelf life sit, so it is quoted explicitly rather than described as premium.
Category-specific
Formats where the product dictates the construction — a degassing valve for coffee, a grease barrier for baked goods, a heavier gauge for pet food.
Regulated and child-resistant
Certified child-resistant closures and the compliance-driven constructions these categories require. We supply the packaging; the licensing and labelling obligations remain the brand's.
Paper, board and rigid
Board grade and caliper are set once at launch and almost never revisited, which is where most of the cost quietly sits.
Primary containers
Components made to your drawing rather than adapted from a stock catalogue — including parts designed from scratch where nothing suitable exists.
Labels and decoration
The format brands reorder most often and benchmark least, which is why the gap here is frequently the largest we find.
