What if the quote comes back flat?

Then that's the finding and we tell you. You keep the quotes, which are worth having on file next time you negotiate with your current supplier. The requote costs you nothing either way — we are paid out of the transaction, so if there is no transaction there is no fee.

What data do I need to share?

Your package design or dieline, the material type, the product specification and the quantity you order. That is enough to quote. We do not need an invoice, your P&L, or access to any of your systems — you already know what you pay today, so the comparison is yours to make.

How does your pricing work?

Accepted Answer

The quote and the samples are free. Once you approve a sample and a price, TruePack is paid a margin on the transaction — quoted as its own line, so you see the factory price and our margin as two separate numbers and approve both before the order is placed. The same terms apply on reorders. Contact us for a free quote and you will see the actual numbers for your spec.

How long does the process take?

We turn quotes around fast — usually inside a couple of weeks of receiving your design, material and quantity, and sooner on a format we already run. How long anything after that takes depends on tooling and production lead times for your specific packaging — we give you those dates before you commit to a move.

Do I have to switch suppliers?

Accepted Answer

No. Some brands take the quotes back to their current supplier and renegotiate, and that is a legitimate use of a free requote. Be straight with yourself about the trade though: a large gap is usually only realised by moving production to the factory that quoted it. We'll be direct with you about which case you're in.

Do you work with brands outside the US?

Yes. We work with D2C brands sourcing from Asia, Europe and domestically.

What industries do you work with?

Our sourcing network is strongest in beauty and skincare, supplements, and food and beverage — paper and carton, labels, jars, pouches, mylar, metal tins and child-resistant packaging. If your format isn't in that list, send us the spec and we'll tell you honestly whether we can quote it.

How do I know the saving is real?

You make the comparison yourself, against the price you already pay — we never need to see it. Because our margin is quoted separately from the factory price, you can see exactly what the product costs and what we add; there is no bundled number to take on trust. Every reorder is quoted on the same open-book basis.
