What is the minimum order for a custom PET tube?
It depends on whether the tube body needs new tooling. Running an existing tool with your own decoration starts far lower than a fully bespoke diameter and shoulder, which carries a tooling charge and a higher first run. Send the drawing and we will come back with both routes and their real MOQs, so you can decide whether bespoke is worth it for your volume.
Do I need a finished design to get a quote?
No. Dimensions, fill volume and closure type are enough for a first price. Artwork affects the decoration cost, not the tube itself, so it can follow later.
How long does tooling take?
Where a bespoke tool is genuinely needed it is normally the longest item in the schedule. We give you the tooling and production lead times in writing with the quote, before you commit — those dates are the thing most likely to move a launch, so we do not leave them vague.
Can you match a tube I am already buying?
Usually. Send the current specification, or the physical sample, and we quote the identical construction through the factories tooled for it. That is the most common way this starts.
