Custom folding cartons and paper packaging, sourced to your spec.
Folding cartons, corrugated shippers and paper components quoted against your dieline — board grade, weight, construction and finish. Board grade and caliper are set once at launch and almost never revisited, which is where most of the cost sits.
No invoice needed. We work with brands spending $200K+ a year on packaging.
Enough to price it.
Nothing more.
Send what you have. If some of it is missing we will tell you what is still needed rather than guessing and quoting something you did not ask for.
What we source in this format
Skincare and cosmetics, supplements, food and beverage, consumer electronics and gifting.
Not seeing your construction? Send the spec — we will tell you honestly whether we can quote it.
Send my specCustom folding cartons — questions we get
Am I using the right board grade?
It is worth asking, because the grade is normally chosen once at launch and carried forward without review. Brands frequently pay for SBS where FBB would look and perform identically at that print, and equally we sometimes see board that is too light for the job and failing in transit. We quote your current grade and the alternative side by side so it is a decision rather than an inheritance.
Do you need a dieline to quote?
It is the fastest route, but dimensions and the carton style are enough for a first price. If you do not have a dieline, the factory can produce one as part of the process.
Can you quote the shipper as well as the retail carton?
Yes, and it is usually worth doing together. Shipper dimensions drive dimensional weight, and an over-sized shipper quietly costs more in freight every single order than the carton itself costs to make.
What quantity makes custom cartons worth it?
Lower than most brands assume, because carton tooling is a die rather than a mould and is comparatively cheap. The bigger factor is print set-up, which is why run length moves the unit price so much. Send your annual volume rather than a single order and we will show you where the breaks fall.
