Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of truepackglobal.com, free open-book packaging quotes, and strategy calls offered by TruePack Global (“we”, “us”). They are a working set of terms for a small US D2C packaging sourcing company, written so a buyer can read them — not a full counsel-drafted master services agreement. If we later sign a written agreement with you for a specific order, that agreement controls for that work.

By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are and what we do

TruePack Global quotes a packaging specification through a factory network and, when you proceed, manages sampling, supplier transition, and delivery. We show the factory price and our margin as separate numbers. We are not the manufacturer unless a later written order says otherwise, and we are not your general counsel, customs broker of record, or exclusive purchasing agent unless we agree in writing.

The website

Content on the site is for information. Benchmarks, process descriptions, and examples are not a guarantee of a saving, a lead time, or a factory outcome for your SKU. We may change or take down pages at any time.

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to access private admin or API routes you are not authorized to use, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

Quotes and samples

A quote is an offer to supply against the specification you sent, at the factory price and margin shown, for a limited time stated on the quote (or 30 days if none is stated). It is not a purchase order. Prices can move with materials, freight, FX, and factory capacity until you approve a sample and a price in writing.

Quotes and samples are free on the model described on How we're paid. We are paid a disclosed margin on a transaction you approve. If you take quotes back to an existing supplier, that is your choice; we do not charge a success fee for a renegotiation we did not run.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the specification, artwork, and claims on the pack. We can quote only what you give us.

Calls

Strategy calls booked on /book are optional, 30 minutes, and without obligation. Slots are in Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles, including daylight saving). We may cancel or reschedule if a slot was booked in error.

Intellectual property

The site, TruePack name, and our materials belong to us or our licensors. Artwork, dielines, and brand assets you send remain yours. We use them only to quote and, if you proceed, to produce that specification.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and free quotes are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for the public website and for any unpaid quote. We do not warrant that a quoted factory can meet a date until that date is confirmed on an approved order.

For use of the public website and unpaid quotes, our liability is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars (US $50) or the amount you paid us (if any) for that use. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for fraud or personal injury.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer or other statute says otherwise. Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida are the venue for disputes that are not resolved informally, except where the law requires a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms for that use. Orders already accepted in writing stay on the terms of that order.
